Hey, and new season is upon us and we are ready to get our bakery going. Pam is in there today working on pies for all sorts of occassions. It seems like we haven't gotten much for a Winter, so that's all the more reason to come out a checkout the bedding plants, roses, and apple trees. Hope to see you out at the farm.

I just finished bottleing some of our newest variety of Harbo Gold, Hard Cider yesterday morning. The flavors are great. Very smooth flavor with a slight sweetness that we added with some white port. Stop in weekends this Winter and Spring and have a sample of both ciders and all our great cheese varieties. Hope to see you soon.

We just got our first picking of HoneyCrisp in and they are looking great as always. Stop out today to get yours. We've also got some of the new hot apple on the block SWEETANGO. Developed by the U of M, SweeTango is a cross between HoneyCrisp and Zestar.

So stop in to the store and have a sample of each and decide for yourself which ones the best. In truth, they're all great.
