PeachesIt looks like peaches will be coming in soon, probably by the end of next week. We're really looking forward to that, because
that really seems to be the big kick off for our year. The other big news is that Harbo Cider - Winery and Cheese Shop is
now open for business. With a nice selection of cheeses and my very own Splitladder Syder you should stop in and check it
out.

Fall FestivalHi everyone, It's our annual apple festival again and Honeycrisp seems to be on everyones minds. We've
got a great supply of Minnesota Honeycrisp and expect to make it to the end of November this year. This Sunday Oct. 12 is
Apple Appreciation at the stand. We'll be sampling a variety of our baked goods for your enjoyment, and you can get one
free 1/2 dozen donuts with the purchase of an apple pie. Hope to see you out there. Tim Harbo

Tuesday Sept. 2Hi everyone, Hope you've been having a great summer. I've been busy getting ready for the apple season and
doing my best to get our cider house up and running. I'm hoping to have our first batch of hard cider ready for sales
by the end of November. But, on the apple side of the world Zestar will be coming in this Friday and Honey Crisp is just around
the corner. Everything is about 2 weeks behind this year as far as growing is concerned because of the late spring, but otherwise
the apple crop looks wonderful. So stop on by for some great early season apples or fresh baked pies. Talk to ya soon, Tim

Thanksgiving PiesIt's not too late to order your Thanksgiving Pies. We've been making up a lot of pies in preparation for the Thanksgiving
holiday. If I can keep myself from taking all the pumpkin pies home with me there should be enough for you if you'd like
one. Well, we're almost to the last month of our apple season this year, and I think I'll definitely be ready to rest
after this December. We should have a nice selection of Honeycrisp, Haralson, and Fireside all the way through December, so
please feel free to stop on out. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving. Gobble Gobble. Tim Harbo
